Healthy Hearts lunch : Week 3

This is my lunch in week 3

On these days I had...
Monday:
Cheese and Jam sandwich, chopped up apple ( 4 pieces ), almond bar covered a thin coat of chocolate, Mandarin, soft cheese, crackers, pretzels and ginger biscuit.
Heath Rating: ⅞ (I think)


Tuesday:

Cheese and Jam sandwich, chopped up apple ( 4 pieces ), almond bar covered a thin coat of chocolate, soft cheese, crackers, pretzels and ginger biscuit.
Heath Rating: 6/7  (I think)


Wednesday:

Cheese and Jam sandwich, chopped up apple ( 4 pieces ), almond bar covered a thin coat of chocolate, soft cheese, crackers, pretzels and ginger biscuit.
Heath Rating: 6/7 (I think)


Thursday:

Cheese and Jam sandwich, chopped up apple ( 4 pieces ), almond bar covered a thin coat of chocolate soft cheese, crackers,  pretzels, dates and apricots.
Heath Rating: 7/7 (I think)


Friday:

Cheese and Jam sandwich, chopped up apple ( 4 pieces ), almond bar covered a thin coat of chocolate soft cheese, crackers.

Heath Rating: 7/7 (I think)

I think that my lunch got better during the week, As my Health Rating got better scores.

(The fraction is about how good is the food out of how much food I had.)
